Construction Project Manager

Plans and oversees the building process of various construction projects from start to finish. Duties include building and staying within the budget, retrieving the necessary permits to construct in certain communities and communicating the client’s goals for certain projects to the subcontractors and construction workers.

Skilled Construction Worker

Responsible for completing a variety of construction tasks as assigned by project manager and strive to produce quality craftsmanship and customer service. Duties include assisting in layout, demolition, framing, general carpentry, and operating various equipment and heavy machinery used on site. This is an entry level position with opportunity for advancement. 

Restoration Technician - Mitigation 

We are seeking energetic individuals to join our sister company team, Rainbow Restoration. Responsibilities will be mitigating damage to residential and commercial properties from water, mold, smoke, fire, or other methods of damage. Together we help property owners to ensure they have a healthy and safe home.

Construction Sales Associate 

We’re looking for a competitive, passionate, and goal-oriented Sales Associate to join our fast-growing company. In this role, you must be comfortable working both individually and as a team player, and possess the skills to produce sales. You’ll have the freedom to create and implement strategies that will lead to the continued growth of our organization.

Construction Estimator  

Responsible for estimating the costs of construction projects using various techniques and tools to determine the materials, labor, and equipment needed for a project. Estimators will work closely with project managers and architects to prepare bids for construction projects, reviewing and analyzing subcontractor bids, and negotiating contracts with subcontractors.
